RMS Insurance Goes Live with Riskclick BPM
MGA streamlines underwriting processes for all lines with Riskclick solution
NEW YORK, NY   (December 8, 2004)

RMS Insurance Brokerage, LLC, a leading provider of insurance consulting and underwriting services to the franchise food industry, has gone live with Riskclick's insurance-specific Business Process Management (BPM) solution.   As a result, RMS is already streamlining their business processes, ensuring underwriting consistency and enhancing service levels with policyholders and producers alike.

Riskclick rapidly configured its BPM platform to meet the specific needs of RMS's underwriting process.   The configurations were released to RMS users in three phases between July 9 and November 15.  

The BPM software structures and automates the entire underwriting process for RMS's major lines of business.   The solution captures applications irrespective of their format and routes the submission data right through RMS's underwriting process until bound.   The solution, which also manages RMS's endorsement processes, is fully collaborative, enabling RMS' policyholders, producers and TPAs to enjoy the benefits of a paperless insurance processing.

By deploying a BPM solution from Riskclick, RMS has created efficiencies within their internal processes, as well as streamlined interactions with clients and brokers.
