Process Definition – Riskclick Underwriting Process Manager ships with a standard set of workflow process definitions for all of the major underwriting transactions — for example New Business and Endorsement. RPS documents your underwriting workflow and transactions (i.e. worker’s compensation endorsement process), including all actions (i.e. Quote, Decline), user tasks and the rules for progressing through the workflow. We specify the roles, assignments, business parameters and access rights required to properly implement your processes.

Data Libraries – Riskclick Underwriting Process Manager ships with a standard set of data libraries. These libraries are based on data as specified in the ACORD ® standard. If standard data libraries don’t meet your company’s data requirements, our team will modify existing and/or create new data libraries to address your specific data needs.

Web Services Mapping – The Riskclick Underwriting Process Manager ships with the ACORD ® standard insurance business messages, extensions and associated data elements. If your company does not use ACORD ® standards, our team will create the necessary maps to translate data between your insurance system and the Riskclick Underwriting Process Manager. Riskclick has significant expertise in utilizing the ACORD extensions allowing us to adhere to ACORD even for non-standard business situations.
