Riskclick is committed to taking every reasonable step to safeguard the privacy and security of information, documents, messages and transactions that you post, share or gain access to through the Riskclick BPM platform.

Data Privacy
It is a Condition of Use that any User comply with the provisions of any applicable Data Privacy law when posting information, documents, messages, transactions and data on the Riskclick Web service platform.


Information Posted on Riskclick
The information, documents, messages, data and transactions that you post on the Riskclick BPM platform are confidential and can only be accessed by you and by people to whom you grant access, either directly or indirectly, by permitting a collaborator to grant access.

Once access is granted to information, documents, messages, data or transactions, a permanent record will be kept showing that access to that particular version was granted to that specific User. You will be able to change the access rights at any time, thereby removing the User from access to any subsequent versions of the information, documents, messages, data or transactions.

Riskclick will not access any of the information, documents, messages, data and transactions posted on the Riskclick BPM platform except where absolutely necessary to correct system errors or for other maintenance purposes.   In no event will Riskclick share any of this information with any third party.

Information gathered automatically and what we do with it
In order to help us optimize platform performance, we gather your browser type, operating system, IP address and Internet domain service provider.   We use cookies to collect this information and to save information regarding your session.   Cookies are stored on your hard drive, not on our site, and are encrypted in their entirety. Demographic and profile data are used to tailor our Users' experience of Riskclick.

Information gathered on our registration screens and what we do with it
Our User Registration form requires a User to supply information that will enable other Riskclick Users to identify them and enter into informed collaborations and transactions with them.   Such information includes, but is not limited to, Username, telephone number, mailing address and e-mail address.

We also use the information gathered from the User Registration form to issue and administer passwords and to track Users registered under a Customer Account for accounting and reporting purposes.

Personal Information
Riskclick does not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of your personal information collected from the User Registration, Newsletter Request or other processes.

Security of Information
Riskclick takes all reasonable measures to avoid the loss, corruption or alteration of information documents, messages, data and transactions posted on the Riskclick BPM platform.   We use a secure server with a state-of-the-art firewall and encryption using secure sockets layer (SSL) technology for the transfer of data between the User's device and our server in order to reduce the risk of an intruder gaining access to the interaction.

Opt-Out Policy
Riskclick provides the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point of registration. Users may request the removal of their information from our database to not receive future communications by notifying us by e-mail at support@riskclick.com.

Corrections
If you wish to correct or update personal information provided to you by Riskclick, you may do so by notifying us by e-mail.
