The following Conditions of Use apply to any person using the Riskclick BPM platform whether a Registered User or an Invitee User. By clicking the Login button a User agrees that:
- Information, documents and transactions to which you are gaining access may have been posted onto the Riskclick platform by another Riskclick User who has granted you access to it. Riskclick has no control whatsoever over the content of this information, documents and transactions and makes no warranty as to the content, whether expressed or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of reasonable care in the provision of such information, documents or transactions.
Reliance upon information, documents and transactions posted on the Riskclick platform is at the sole risk of the User.
- You will take all reasonable care to ensure that any document that you post onto the Riskclick platform is first checked by an up-to-date version of virus scanning software running on your computer. With respect to any document that you check out of Riskclick to your computer, Riskclick will use commercially reasonable efforts to check for the most commonly known viruses within any such document. However, Riskclick does not warrant that the document shall be free from all known viruses.
- The dealings between you and any client or counter-party accessed across the Riskclick platform are solely between you and such other individuals, firms or entities and do not involve Riskclick in any respect.
- You will not knowingly upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Riskclick platform:

any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or racially or otherwise objectionable; |
| b. |
any content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright and/or any intellectual property rights of any third party; |
| c. |
any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, chain letters, spam or any other form of solicitous materials. |
